The DOM and average sale price is from December 2025.
However, I have kept the DOM in January 2025, March 2025, and July 2025, because the DOM has been DRAMATICALLY changing across the USA and I wanted to keep people updated with these changes and see what has improved YoY vs collapsed.

Market Value is determined by quantity of cash transactions multiplied by the average sale price. Then, to get the "best markets" we divide the market value by the DOM, which gets us a really great algorithmic rank based on "Market Value" and "Lower DOM."

What's The Purpose?
If you know what cities have the lowest DOM, the average sale values, and the quantity of cash transactions you can easily pinpoint the best markets for investors who want to do a QUICK FLIP on the MLS or a Subtail or a Wholetail, or a basic Novation MLS listing.
We sorted the top 300 cities by markets with under 25 DOM (most important for novations) and only the top 1,000 population cities that had data on Zillow Home Values.

What's The Purpose?
If you know what markets have the highest populations, you can figure out which markets might be higher CPL.
Also, we sort the top 300 cities by markets with under 30 DOM, Over 100 cash transactions in 6 months, over 50,000 population, and then rank the cities based on CPL guestimates.
